Noodle flavor? As long as there's no chicken or weird chunks inthere, I'm fine. The probably don't use grade A meat anyway, and if it's been submersed in liquid for SIX months or more... *shudders*

i'd like to point out that top ramen and cup of noodles are made by the same company, so i don't understand why they're different to you.

OT: it's not quite ramen, but beef pho (vietnamese noodle soup) is quite spectacular.

I personally like the classic chicken flavor ramen, and I usually buy Maruchan brand ramen, even though there is no difference between brands.

Nong Shim's Spicy Shrimp noodle bowl is my favorite. I usually like any shrimp flavor or anything spicy.

I don't really have a favorite flavor as I never eat them as-is. I mix things into it like soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, different types of chile sauces and pastes. Plus I like to add things like eggs, SPAM, green onions, and other usable leftovers. Ultimately, the end result is nothing like the base it starts with so the taste is rather irrelevant. I tend to buy whatever comes in bulk at the Costco the go from there.

Is ramen what Americans call two-minute noodles? Because I hate those things. They make me ill.
