Nocturne. In fact I might say I prefer it over P3/4, though not by much.

The whole game I had a vibe of "I have never seen anything like this, nor will I ever again."

Digital Devil Saga, but I enjoy pretty much all of them since the first ps1 Persona

Of course, my unilateral love of Atlus games makes it hard for me to decide anything, but I think maybe that it's a toss-up between Nocturne...and the original Persona game, of which I have lately been playing the remake of.
