Sheva in Resident Evil 5 was pretty cool. And I usually play Rochelle in L4D2. But. That's usually because I'm playing with a bunch of guys, and my friend always takes Nick *shakefist*.

I'm gonna have to agree, most of the time they just come off as stereotyped. (Who's that guy in FF13? I've played like an hour of that game and... erghh...)
