I don't really have a single favourite game. My top 5 favourite games though are: Half-Life 2, Portal 2, Mother 3, Pokémon Yellow, and Fallout 3. Yeah that seems about right.

Knights of the Old Republic was and still is a masterpiece.
If they brought it back with HD graphics and a few tweaks im sure it would be considered the greatest creation man has produced.

AND added in the originally planned Canderous and Juhani romance options.

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines. It's old now but I keep going back to it. The choices available, the story and the general atmosphere have yet to be matched in another RPG in my opinion.

I feel so weird since my choices seem kinda outta place. My number 1 is Tony Hawk's Underground 2. I don't know, I just crammed so much into that game to master literally everything in that game and I loved every bit of it. Oh, and it had an awesome soundtrack. Speaking of soundtracks, secondly was the Rock Band franchise... Still play my half-broken plastic drumset every now and again.

The first Bioshock. That was the one of the only games that ever warranted a second playthrough for me. And the only one that I played 3 times. Then a fourth time. And I may have beat it 2 times more after that.

OT: I think Knights of the Old Republic was my favorite game of the decade, with Half Life 2 coming in at a close second.

Pirates! The first sandbox game I ever played way back in '87. X-Com and JA2 come close, and Minecraft multi-player is all I play these days, but I guess it comes back to Pirates!.
