I think this topic is more campaign related rather than multiplayer, but if its multiplayer, or from a past experience in multiplayer perhaps, please do say :)

But yeah anyway il start :D

The part on Black Ops where you jump off that cliff in the snowy place, I thought that was awesome, put a smile on my face.

And the part on Half Life Episode 2 where you first get in that muscle car, it was like "Daaaamn woman!?"

In brothers in arms, when you get 3 full squads of 3 men each.
It was like "Bring it, biatches!"

In Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, when you try to take the Ork stronghold as the Imperial Guard and you get two Baneblades. Brought a manly tear to my eye to see buildings fall in one volley.

Got a few;

- Call of Duty 4, The Ghillies in the Mist mission in its entirety.
- Fallout 3, blowing up Megaton during the night.
- Morrowind, every part of that game was awesome. Everything!

Avatar of Khaine, perhaps? This was if you were playing Eldar. The Chaos Space Marines had the Bloodthirster, and the Necrons had the Essence of the Nightbringer. That is the only thing I can think of that matches.

The entirety of Turnabout Samurai in Phoenix Wright 1.For some reason it felt like somewhat of a filler episode to me and developed Phoenix and Maya as team, albeit an odd one.

The Hooktail fight in Paper Mario:TTYD becasue Hooktail was a crazy cool origami dragon.

That's just a couple it would take a few pages to list everyone of them.

Everything in Homeworld, but most of all... *sniff* when you return to Kharak...

All the recruitment missions in Mass Effect 2, and most of the loyalty ones.

Just the combat in general in the Halo games (except Reach on Legendary, which is so hard and frustrating it's not fun at all).

And despite all the bad things I've said about it in the past... Half-Life 2 gets points for Ravenholm. They did everything right, there (perhaps too much... *shudder*)

The philosophy argument with Morpheus the AI in Deus Ex. That was the first time I truly began to see videogames as a medium with potential to explore deep concepts to the point that I was questioning them myself.

A few feel-good scenarios, I'll name a couple.

Oddly, it was a mod for Doom, a megawad called Scythe II. The 27th and final level is a monolith called Afterlife II. It is the hardest thing I've ever played. It took me a week just to finish that level. Surviving and finishing that level was an epic feeling.

The final mission of Homeworld is a toughie. Well paced, and leads to a satisfying conclusion to the game, completing it felt phenomenal.

The antlion siege in Half life 2 - Episode 2, in the caves, was an awesome set piece and I loved it. While on this topic, the hospital set piece was brilliant, from Ep1.

Picking a single greatest moment in gaming is difficult. The music that starts when you begin the final boss sequence in Final Fantasy 6 is mindblowing. Finally facing off against an antagonist that actually caused a cataclysm, that you truly dispised, was brilliant. I think that has to win =)

Hands down, the twist/reveal at the ending of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

Never before has a game solicited that amount of raw emotion from me. In my opinion, the poignancy of that moment has yet to be matched in a video game.

Hmmm... That.

Also riding back to your family in RDR. Partially because it has Jose Gonzalez playing, but it's the anticipation of getting something you never thought would happen.
