I definitely agree with Pink Floyd's "Animals" being one of them - I was blown away when I found out that was an actual picture.

I've always been a fan of My Bloody Valentine's "Loveless" cover, largely because I love how perfectly the cover mirrors the nature of the music itself -

Lots of Storm Thorgerson works in here... this pleases me greatly. I'm gonna go for the same chap, actually:

...basically anything he's done in the past, say, 15 years. I know he did most of the Pink Floyd stuff and it's all iconic and whatnot but it's not to my taste in quite the same way.
