That's really hard.. but I'll go with Three Hundred Big Boys too. Fry's 100 cups of coffee is one of my favorite gags, if not the favorite gag from this show.

I'm not the biggest Futurama fan in the world, but Jurassic Bark is one of the best episodes of a cartoon I've ever seen. Masculine tears were shed at that episode.

Jurassic Bark. I have cried many manly tears because of it...
THATS SO TRUUUUE!

But...despite the emotional power of Jurassic Bark, I actually loved 'In search of a backwards time machine' more. It felt really deep and was a bit (like a lot) better at time travelling scenarios than other cartoons.

They didn't have to contend with the butterfly effect in that, and they also put a more obscure physical theory of the universe into the episode. I remember the professor saying "And the last proton should be decaying right abooooout...now", and I was like 'Yay, Science!'.
Oh the vast emptiness...(Shakes Beer Bottle)

If I had to choose a single episode, it'd be the one where you find out Hermes saved Bender from being scrapped.

300 big boys just for the moment when fry gets his 100th cup of coffee and it goes slo-mo with ethereal singing and hummingbirds. Awesome

Every scene that includes Zap Branigan.
"The secret to winning a war is the element of surprise..." *pushes button* "Surprise!"
*All HIS soldiers drop onto the planet suddenly and without earning*

Does "Bender's Big Score" count as an episode? If so, that.

Otherwise, too many great ones to choose from...
"Love's Labours Lost in Space"
"Fry and the Slurm Factory"
"Brannigan, Begin Again"
"The Problem with Popplers"
"Anthology of Interest" (I & II)
"Luck of the Fryish"
"Time Keeps on Slippin'"
"A Pharaoh to Remember"
"Roswell that Ends Well"
"Future Stock"
"Less than Hero"
"Crimes of the Hot"
"The Why of Fry"
"Where No Fan has Gone Before"
"The Sting"
"Farnsworth Parabox"
"Three Hundred Big Boys"
"The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings"
"Rebirth"
"Proposition Infinity"
"A Clockwork Origin"

....though I must say, of that list, "Where No Fan..." is probably the funniest.

My favorite is definitely "The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings." So many good quotes in that episode, including my favorite from the Robot Devil.
Robot Devil- "You can't just have your characters tell how they feel, that makes me feel angry!"

The 30% Iron Chef. Possibly because I'm just a huge food nut/iron chef fan, but I did really like that episode anyway. It had tons of great quotable lines, a good story and...yeah.

So that one gets my favorite.

My least favorite is Attack of the Killer App. Sorry Futurama, but I don't watch you to get topical modern day jokes about iPhones, Twitter and Susan Boyle.

I don't know the name, but the one where Fry died, and Leela kept dreaming about him, and he'd keep telling her to wake up, eventually it turned out she was in a coma, and Fry was next to her in hospital telling her to wake up.

Was a really trippy episode, great storyline :p

I loved the episode where Hermes sings the song about being a bureaucrat. That was hilarious.

Brannigan Begin Again... My favorite SCENE from any episode is Three Hundred Big Boys, when Fry finally finishes his 100th cup of coffee and enters this out-of-time Zen state, allowing him to save everyone from the fire...
