I love them all, if I had my way there would be a game set in every world created in any form of fiction, be it film, TV, book, game, even conceptual music (stuff like The Black Parade or American Idiot would be concept albums, for example).

I know that'll never happen. But still, it'd be cool to play a game that's basically the equivalent of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, but with every single piece of fiction represented within it. Maybe as an MMO...?

STALKER, its the setting for everything I wish in a game. Too bad the games sucks.

I would've said Azeroth a few years ago, before WoW, or even before WC3, thou i still like it.
Other worlds are Jak & Daxter and Secret of Mana.

EDIT: non-game would have to be Magic: The Gathering... planeswalkers are badass.

The universe of Mass Effect, I would loved to hang out with some Turrians and Asari.

Or the Netherworld in the Disgaea. Its more wacky and fun rather than scary and evil.

I could run around San Andreas forever. The variety of places in the game is great. Cities, Towns, Forrest, Mountains, Desert, ect.

I'll throw another vote to the Mass Effect Universe. It just has the most thought put into it, plain and simple. Few people are ever going to boot up the codex, but if you do you can get lost for hours.

The Quarian Government should be put into practice somewhere, it just sounds so damn plausible.

I've already said Azeroth, but I'm going to go ahead and say the Fable world. Not because the game is particularly good, but because it's just such a damn beautiful world. Easy on the eyes, full of quaint little living areas, a nice bustling city... I want to live there.

Oblivion, for the same reasons. But I also like the society, races, civillizations, and the plots. It's interesting.

Oblivion's a playground, but Morrowind's home.
