RPG's all the way. Followed by creative shooters (Bioshock, Portal, Left 4 Dead).

Next up, good hack-and-slash co-op games to play with the wife. (Baldur's gate II being the best)

I would have said survival/horror but that genre has pretty much fallen off the planet.

Worst: (with the exception of Mario Kart) Racing and sports games.

Favorite: Hack N Slash, Beat 'em Ups whatever you call it. And I'm pretty good at them, too. So, that's a plus.

Least Favorite: RTS. By an impossible large margin.

Best: RPGs. I can min/max like a ************.

Worst: Racing Sims. BRAKING? FOR A TURN? lolwut

I love games I can sink my teeth into, so RTS's and RPG's, although I do enjoy playing dumb FPSs.

As for my least favourite genre. Probably Beat-em-ups or Sports games. They just don't hold my attention.

RPG's are my favorite. My least favorite are Sports games. If I wanted to play sports, I'd GO PLAY SPORTS. However, the genre I'm worst at is fighting games. Don't have the hand coordination for the damn moves.

Best: RPGs then FPSs
Worst: Platforming, then sports and punching.

Racing and flying games are in the middle cos could go either way depending on the game.

I'm really into RPG's, MMO's, and Action-Adventure. I'm really not a fan of (most) FPS's or Sports games. The only exception to FPS's are ones of the Sci-fi genre. Anything world war or terrorist related can sit on the shelf at Gamestop to rot. XD

Favorites: Rhythm, good shooters, mostly Western RPGs (minus TWEWY and Kingdom Hearts, those are amazing), and puzzle.

Least Favorites: RTS (I can't even get past the Norad II mission in the Terran campaign of the first game... QQ), fighting, sports, and survival horror.

Well that's the thing, I like all kinds of games.
I'm probably strongest in Rhythm games like Guitar Hero and the like, and my worst area would be very complex rpg games, like dwarf fortress and any other game that uses that many factors.

Favorites: JRPG's (Usually Handheld, like Pokemon & TWEWY), Action-Adventure & 3rd Person Shooters.
Least Favorite: Sports. This is probably the only genre I would never consider playing, period. And like most other people, I suck at fighting games, although I don't hate them.

I also tend to be only decent at shooters that let you kill quickly in multiplayer, like COD or Uncharted 2 (Post 1.05), when at the same time I'm pretty good at shooters that rather give you more health, like Uncharted 3 (beta) and Transformers: WFC.

Also, I don't hate WRPG's either. It's just that I'm not really into the mythical worlds of knights and wizards (sorry Skyrim, dragons aren't really my thing). Sci-fi's like Mass Effect may be a different case, but the stories and settings of JRPG's like Pokemon and Final Fantasy generally appeal to me more. Not to mention I always liked ninjas more than pirates.
