Salted seaweed. Seriously, I've loved it for a while now, and it's great. If I'm looking for a little more than a snack, ramen or sushi (hand rolled with even more seaweed!) goes great!
!! How on earth do you eat that while gaming wilson_ty? That's like me making up a nice fat bowl of Etamome to wrestle with during Street Fighter. How??

Oh. Sorry, didn't think it would be interpreted that way, should've made myself clearer. I don't eat often since I have next to no appetite (never ate much/bad mood in any case). Also, kinda busy, which is also why I hardly ever play anything these days. My job, studies and work around the house leaves little time for eating, doubly so since my parents have a rule that, essentially, means I don't get to eat until everything's done unless they're feeling generous.

Which reminds me, I haven't actually eaten since the bowl of cereal I had the night before last. Should probably go fix that. Honestly though, I'm still not hungry, so it's clearly not a big deal.

Again, sorry about the confusion, should've worded that better.
That's fine. Still, either you have some crazy metabolism, or there is something medically wrong. I mean it isn't healthy, if you have all that activity and you eat so little, it's a wonder how your body runs on so little fuel.

I remember one time at college when I did the one meal a day maybe thing. I felt overly tired. I ended up getting loads of headaches and then a cold and then eventually I got the swine flu, and nearly wrecked that semester because I couldn't go to class for around a week and half.

Why did the op get suspended?
All you have to do is read what the OP said in the suspended post, also read the forum rules. Verbally attacking people by calling them some kind of offensive name isn't allowed here.

SCAT

Well, it starts as hotpockets, but those are so close to shat that one may as well unwrap, cook, and place in toilet.

Sorry to hear that. Glad you made it through, though.

And I think it's that first one. Crazy metabolism through practice/necessity. This sort of thing has had me on very little food and sleep since, uh... I don't know. Age seven-ish? Eight? Slightly better than now, obviously. In any case, people get used to things. Admittedly, I'm often rather tired (if entirely functional), and a bit sickly, but I get by.

Dehydration tends to make me a bit loopy, though, so I'm careful to drink often. That said, food and sleep are more or less a non-issue. I suppose I do have something to blame the skinniness on, though.

I don't really eat while I game, I'l take a beak if i'm hungry.

I do like to have a cold glass of Tropical Juice Drink sitting there though, because When i game i'm typically under the covers with my Laptop sitting beside me so it can get quite warm!

Cashews. I fucking love cashews.
I love them as well. The problem is they are insanely expensive.

The cheapest I have found them is when I buy an off brand of them at a CVS pharmacy near me. I get a two cans for seven dollars deal. It really makes no sense to buy the major name brands, when every cashew I have had no matter the brand, has tasted the same.

But still, even when getting them cheap, they are expensive, since I practically inhale them. I finished my last two cans in less then a week.

my fav choices of snacks are very odd, either skittles, or if there are none inthe house then currents, i know its odd, but theyre in a nice convenient bag i can grab a handful of while reloading or something :p

also, i game on a laptop and how do you class a serious gamer? someone who has no life and games 24/7? coz i dont do that its true, but if you think your a serious gamer then you dont have a life?

or maybe a serious gamer is one who has lots of different games, well i am collins254, check me out on XBL ul see i got plenty, check me out on steam i got a few, check out my runescape account, my WAR account, my fumbbl account, i play alot of different games, all on either my xbox or laptop.

also "gaming" ware is pretty difinitive, this is pretty exhausting but here we go

mouse= 3 button, 800dpi usb2.0
gaming mouse= 5-11 button(7 is optimal) 1600dpi preferably usb3.0

laptop= a good un will be dual core cpu, 4gb ram and windows 7 64bit
gaming laptop= 6-16gb ram, quad core cpu, seperate graphics card, better cooling, Hd screen, blu-ray etc...

chair=4 legs and a back
gaming chair= padding, usually 1 leg and 5 wheels, arm rests, built in surround sound, built in usb charger, optional built in joystick.

headset=basic speakers, basic mic
gaming speakers= large padded hd surround sound speakers, hd mic, preferably wireless

yes there is more than just a word to gaming equipment, yes its more expensive, and no you dont need it all to be a "serious" gamer, if you think your a serious gamer then thats what you are, id more likely class myself as a casual gamer because i play for fun, i dont go to tourneys (atleast not for console games, tabletop is another story), and i only game a few hours a day.

sorry for the rant

I wish something like that could help me lose weight, I'm definitely not skinny. During that time, even with that only one meal a day during my highly active college schedule, and also with the pretty much no eating when I had the flu, I only lost maybe a couple pounds that semester.

Though I have found something that has been working somewhat, which is surprising to me: Eating a small snack/meal every three hours.

Usually just leftovers. It's filling, easy, and not unhealthy.

I tend to make food when not gaming, and just re-heat other shit when I don't want to waste time.

Lightly Salted tortilla chips, we always have some in the house, usually because they can be converted in to nacho's quickly.

apart from that it would be jelly cola bottles

I don't normally eat when I play games, though I will sometimes drink a soda or something. If my friends and I are together playing something, then we will usually buy chips and stuff.

I was wondering that too, I felt the other guy was more inflammatory to be honest. But they patched it up eventually anyway.

It's just one of those things. Mod works in mysterious ways, it is not the lot of man to question Them.
