Art. The entire subject is just so damn insubstantial. There is no such thing as bad art; you can make an argument about any drawing that it's "real art". I'm not saying that there's no depth to art, I'm saying that it's way, way too conceptual.

I feel like a hypocrite for saying that, since I'm an English major, but English has rules. You can easily tell if a writer has no idea what the fuck he's doing. You can't do that with art. Art requires no artistic skill; the artist only needs to market his art well. Of course, art is much better when there is skill behind it.

Financial Literacy. That class was like reading the pamphlet to a credit union, no joke.

Does P. E. count? Because I hate that mostly because I never managed to get anything right there, Basketball never made a point or even managed to get the ball, Football all I got here was one goal and it was because the goalie kicked the ball and it hit me in the face and bounced back to the goal, Volleyball never even managed to get the ball to the other side the only sport in which I wasn't completely useless was Baseball.
If not then English, since I learned English at my house this class was so terribly boring that I just slept through it, I wasn't fan of History either but that was because the professor enjoyed mocking me a little too much (I was so really really short that I looked like I was 10 years old, this was when I was 15).

Science, and PE.

I love English because I love reading and writting stories (which is wierd because I used to HATE English, and even wrote a poem about how much I hate writting in 5th grade.) I love Social Studies because I love learning about history and other people. I love Math because, well, I think it's fun. Sure, I may not have had the best grades, but I still enjoyed doing them.
But Science I just can't wrap my head around and therefore can't get into it. I like the parts that uses math, as well as some of the experiments, but the technical aspects never interest me.
That and Physical Education. I'm sorry, I'm just not a very physical guy, I'm not much of a team player, as I'm not used to playing with others, and I tend to daze out a lot.

English. After grade 8 or 9, there's no reason to make an English class a requirement. It's just so worthless after that. I could understand it as an elective, but beyond that it shouldn't exist.

When I was at school I hated French. Being dyslexic and not very bright English was hard enough so trying to learn another language was pointless for me. 5 years of French classes and I have no understanding of how it works, I would of gained more just hitting my head against a wall.

I love reading but I hated English. When I read things, I just read them. I don't look for any of this "deeper meaning" bullcrap.

What really gets me, however, is how most of the time it was just my teacher projecting their own thoughts and opinions onto things. We rarely ever looked into what the actual author thought about their work.

And don't even get me started on French class...
agreed.

this picture couldn't be anymore relevant, i fucking hated english class with a passion for this exact bullshit that teachers pulled.

Math, I can't stand anything Math related, apparently I was really good at it (I could "difficult" equations that everyone else took forever on in my head), but I bloody hated it. Now, I probably suck hard at it, since I've been out of school for a year, luckily I hope to get a degree with minimal Math skills (I think...).

It varies every year for me. This year, it's chemistry. Last year, it was English and US History. I hate chemistry because, for fucks sake, we've been talking about redox for two weeks. I got it on the second or third day.

US History last year was a goddamn joke. My teacher was an inept asshole who insisted that Hitler based his tactics on tricks his dogs did while flying high on crystal meth, and that America was the first democracy ever. He always put his own conservative spin on matters, with such fervor that he clearly watched and worshipped Faux News. I hated English for the same reason everyone else around here does.

I find high school in general to be a bit pointless. I plan on working as a video game programmer, and most of what I've learned in high school is, by and large, irrelevant. Luckily, this year, I go to a second high school where I spend half my day learning about video game design.

HSIE (basically history, geography, civics and environmental education rolled into one) in the primary school curriculum. Didn't like it when I was learning it, still don't like teaching it. It's dry, unstimulating and very hard to make fun.

I hated Chemistry back in high school, but I think that was partly due to the teacher I had. She was dull as hell, and the methods she taught us were confusing. I began to dislike Math as well during my Junior and Senior years, as anything above Algebra 2 level was way over my head.

During my college days I took a Philosophy class. Big mistake. I haven't been so bored taking a class in my entire life. Literally nothing of any practical value was learned from the whole thing.

Art/Creative Writing. You want a 3 dimensional ballistic trajectory between several gravity sources? Sounds like fun. You want to know why Prufrock is the best poem in the world? I can get you a 5 page analysis by tomorrow. Stoichiometry? Thats a problem for some people? Recount Icelandic history? I'd love to! Teach a Paramedic how to hack a computer? Been there, done that. (No, really)

You want me to make up a story for you? I'd rather eat shredded tuna cans.

German.

No doubt.

Why? I suck at it. That's why, I've never been able to get even a 7(out of 10, like a c+ in some countries)

Art. It starts out innocent enough with just "Draw a picture of something" but as you get into the more advanced art classes it becomes impossible to effectively grade anything because the very nature of art is that every piece is open to a person's interpretation. My teacher may not like my oil painting of the Hulk no matter how well done it is, so she'll give me an F because I'm somehow "doing art wrong." Things like that are why I turned away from art in High School and started focusing on science.

I would have to say Irish, because its a dying language. I actually think its a beautiful language and may go back to study it again someday, but I hated the fact its force fed down the throats of every student in Ireland.
We use English in our day-to-day lives. We have for about the last 800 years. The only people who speak Irish at home are in the west coast of Ireland, and I've never been there. I've talked about it with other people and they say "Oh, but its your culture, your heritage"
To them, I say "Bullcrap". I decide what my culture is. Besides, my culture and heritage, to be precise, is actually more English than Irish, because, um, they ruled us for the past 800 years? I wouldn't mind Polish being a compulsory subject, now that there are so many Polish people living in Ireland.

Business Law was my least favorite class during my time in High School.

I took it because my tennis coach was teaching. Unfortunately, he was transferred out and replaced by some tight ass.

I spent the entire semester playing Raiden X.
