Roughly about 11 minutes on The Terminal. Two friends, I, and a bot. It was the first survival we did, so we were quite amazed on how long we survived, considering noone said anything after we started, apart from the casual FFS RHAYN HELP.
Then, we tried Last Stand. Made it 2 minutes until two survivors got sweeped into the sea by a tank, then the last two made it another minute or so by running away from everything and lobbing all remaining pipebombs.
Survival's fun, though.

Out of 3 maps, I've done 9:29 on The Street of Dead Air. Hunting rifle made things pretty easy in combination with one of the random's plan of camping at the back of the street (swapping later as things got harder). Communication was pretty limited to my pointing out where the tank was, like jumping out the window that's the survivors' usual entrance.

I have 9:15 on Dead Air: The Terminal. The only organizing was one guy saying: Stand in this corner; then shoot. The last 30 seconds was me with 24 hp, alone vs. 1 tank on fire, 4 smokers and about 60 infected. Sometimes I amaze myself.

Best I can think of is about 7mins 30 (ish) on the hospital level from No Mercy, although it was me, my brother, and two bots, so it wasn't ideal...
Our tactic was to stand by the lift until the double doors at the end of the main corridor were smashed open, at which point we headed there and prayed the bots followed!

About 5 minutes and 30 seconds on the No Mercy elevator level. We didn't stay in one spot most of the time. We moved around constantly. It was pretty fun.
