My goal is to be happy. That's all. Doesn't matter what it takes, I just want to be happy.
Out of curiosity, what do you think it takes? If you're not sure, I'd advise listening to Randy Pausch's last lecture [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo] if you haven't already. It's kind of corny to start out with, but he gives some good advice.
I mean whatever makes me happy whenever I am. If that's buying a hamburger, I'll buy a hamburger. If it's saving my money so I can buy something later, then I'll save my money.

I thought that was quite funny actually.

Besides the usual world domination, my objective in life is to fulfill my dream, and then die happy.

But, how will you know what to do?

I've never heard of anyone being happy just doing whatever felt good at the moment--that's the mantra of drug addicts and 40 year old gamers who still live with their parents. Sometimes, to get what you *really* want, you have to do a lot of things that don't feel good at all.

Generally, to have fun. But if I wish I had a dream or some higher ambition. I'm hoping to find one in martial arts, once I find a good place to go to.

True, and I do things that aren't fun at the moment but will lead to more fun in the long term. I mean, I'm taking college courses right now, and that's not fun.

Become an expert musician, artist and cook (maybe even kick-boxer). Find a nice guy, have two kids, a boy first then a girl (it's a tradition in my family for some odd reason...). Oh and learn a different language or two. And get a job in video games. Also travel the world.

I forgot that recently I did grow some goals...

I'd really like to develop the ability to write for a living, but currently that doesn't seem feasible, it's still a hope though.

I've also been entertaining the idea of opening up a Bar aimed at the sociable geek crowd. I think owning a bar would be excessively awesome.

Tell me about it; I'm in the process of psyching myself up to tackle college again. It's like getting yourself ready to get a shot . . . only it's a shot that keeps going for 4 years. Ugh. I've found that pretty much all I can tackle is to just do whatever needs to be done next and not worry about the rest.

I want to do two things in my life. If I ever accomplish one I'll die a happy man.

1) Become a well respected comedian
2) Eliminate social inequality

oh god.

Mine is too further the idea of moral independence, help society break free of theism and capitalism, fall in love with someone, have a family and be slightly famous.

No one should have a goal, but to experience life.

I'd like to earn six digits a year, and raise a family of smart, funny kids.

To be a great writer both in fiction and philosophy. Most importantly just to live and spend a lot of time with my wife and kids (when I get them). That and to finally convince America that our political system needs to be worked over.
