Lots of Mammoth/Apocalypse Tank fans, I see. That's all well and good, but they couldn't stand against the fury (and sheer awesomeness) of the BANEBLADE:

Ow, my sense of design. I'd love to see one of those mocked up with realistic physics so we could see how much of the inside of the turret ended up being thrown out of the back when it fired.Neverhoodian said:
40k tanks have a tendency to be armed with weapons so large they'd each have about five rounds of ammunition and be physically impossible to operate, have no suspension, no drive sprockets anywhere in their running gear, and no meaningful space for an engine. They are hideous and bad. At least the Mammoth stands a snowball's chance in hell of being a functional vehicle.
Fairly sure it's seven, unless they've changed it recently. And the 40k Baneblade is actually way out of scale compared to the original descriptions in Epic: Stormhammers (same hull) were described as being the size of an entire city block, and the classic Stormblade has a battle cannon on the left sponson.Neverhoodian said:
Then again, 40k is generally out of scale, given it's supposed to be 1/48 but is practically 1/35 to the point you can stick a B4 howitzer barrel on a Basilisk using nothing but a single cut with a razor saw. Though not as weird as the 'little things are 1/350 and big things are 1/700' that Epic did, three inch tall Emperor Titan and all.

Take them along for feild maintenance(They also can heal each other), building your 'base of fire' before the big attack on the enemy base, minesweeping or toss then into the fight with medics to slow their demise. They will draw fire away from combat units that matter. (Obviously I do not play this game online) = ]
