I was gunna say buffout. But other than that, I think my choice would be either the Dagger of Time (for obvious reasons, as well as the fact that you could use it as a conventional weapon), or Louis Simms' Sherif's Duster (because, well, think about it: it looks badass, and it improves your skill with firearms. What's not to like?)
