What item in a video game would you buy in real life?

Why would I need anything else ?

You would take steroids, crystal meth, christ-knows-what, morphine, and other drugs?

Skooma. Ha, nah, I wouldn't really bother buying anything. If these items existed then we'd be in a weird parallel gaming universe (read, There Will Be Brawl), so I could simply use the Thief skills I've learned in said universe from the following:

Rikku (FFX/FFX-2 - Mainly the latter though)
Thieves Guild of Cyrodill
The Thief series of games
Sly Cooper

And then use said abilities to steal anything I ever wanted. And make Rikku my bride. And go on honeymoon in Dragon Shores... am I reading too much into this parallel universe?
