Nothing, actually. My parents enforce a strict no-computer-past-23:00 policy, and while it's sometimes 15 minutes off or even an hour in the weekends, I never really go on longer than that. Don't even feel like it.

After that I dump my ass in bed and read for half an hour/an hour. Usually until my arm goes numb from propping it up. It barely ever gets past 1:00 for me nowadays.

Rotating shift work has me up all hours of the night regardless of if I'm working or not, today I'm going on 2 hours of sleep.

When I recive new games I usually stay up longer since I tend to forget the time. Some nights my body is exhausted while my brain is still fully active(like last night when my brain started composing music without me wanting to! It wouldn't stop!), so then I give up trying to fall asleep and watch a movie instead.

Probably playing video games, doing a project for school, doing homework, or coming home late are some. I've never really stayed up later than 2:00 AM before.

7-8 am here. usually worried about were my life is going or I'm worried about something that I shouldn't be worried about. recently that's calmed down enough but I'm getting into the habit of staying up til 6 -7 am usually. Or I just can't get to sleep until that time.

This one British guy. He always starts crying when I go to sleep, so I usually keep chatting with him till 1-2 AM. And I normally have my wake up call at 5:45 AM :L

So, thank you MrNox

I find it really hard to sleep on Sunday nights, and I think its to do with the anxiety and worry about what I have to do the following week at work. Mind you, when I actually get to Monday (After about an hour of full sleep) I actually feel okay, I don't worry about anything, there's nothing to freak out about... hmmm!

I go through bouts of being able to sleep really well, for like, 8 hours, or sometimes have a game night and then have like, 4 hours sleep and still feel fine, but then there is like 2-3 weeks which will pass where I just cannot sleep, I toss and turn, I think too much about stuff which is bothering me, I hear noises then can't STOP hearing them. It's annoying!

Me thinking about how to correct my life.

I fixed it the other day though, and now my sleep schedule is fine again.
