What kind of quality headphones should i get?

The over ear kind specifically. I've been looking at these and simply can't decide, my budget for set of quality headphones for under 100 dollars, I'm looking for quality,
if you got anything else that you can recommend that is better than these headphones for the budget I'm looking at, please feel free to share.

beyerdynamic DT 235 Headphone

Audio-Technica ATH-M30 Professional Headphone

SR850 Professional Studio Reference Headphones

Grado Prestige Series SR80i

Sennheiser HD 555

I can only put in what I've tried, but I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser HD 203 headphones for games and love them. The HD 555s are a little bit better than mine, but would work wonderfully. I cannot say for the other brands since I, personally, have never tried those particular headphones. Though, the quality of the sound for the Sennheiser ones that I bought are great. They do a wonderful job of shutting out the outside noise in recording, though you can hear people talking around you (mildly), but it doesn't show up in recording. They are also quite comfortable for the ears, even after hours of use.

When you say "quality" what exactly are you referring to?

Are you using your headphones for gaming, or audio applications? Where and how is sound important to you? Do you just want a "good sound" or do you want an "accurate sound"? Because those are often two very different (and sometimes even mutually exclusive) things. More information and I can help.
