Based on some of the comments I've already thought up names for some of you new L4D3 Special Infected so bear with me;

are there singing zombies?
I would be one of those, and I would play bass.
Howler - With their powerful screams they can cause a survivor to stop moving for up to thirty seconds before it's lungs are completely empty with air. Distinct characteristics are it's incredibly large whale-like mouth and have a huge chest because of the lung size due to mutation.

"Brainy, Brain, or Nerd" - With their enlarged brains they can summon a horde to attack the survivors but with one fatal flaw. They have to lock on their target survivor as well as be close enough for up to 5 full seconds before being able to use their psionic power to call a horde of common and uncommon infected. This puts them at sort of the same level as a Boomer but they charge their psionic power faster than a Boomer charges his bile and they can take more damage.

I'd like to be one of those little zombies that runs around yelling "WEEEHEEEHEE!" and gnawing on your shin.
Hyena - Common infected who happened to be substance abusers ended up becoming these special infected. They are faster than Hunters but not with the ability to pounce or jump off walls(the slick s.o.b.'s). The have a distinctive laugh that only happens when they spot survivors and it will increase when they start to. "Chase The Dragon", when they chose a specific survivor who will be alone and end up homing in on that survivor and if they catch you they'll tear you apart like a Hunter. Distinctive characteristics are tall skinny men kinda like how a malnourished crack addict would look like, and they wear a knit cap with a trench coat with simple jeans and running shoes.

I`d have a monacle and a top hat and be very polite
Berserker or Jeckle and Hyde - These are sort of the psyche out special infected, with their distinctive come-hither hum they lure in survivors thinking he is one but if you didn't watch you back you'd realize IT'S A CONJOINED TWIN SPECIAL INFECTED! One side is the gentlemen and the other is a Hyde muther effer who'll shove you onto your belly and claw at your back. They're joined from the gentleman's leg to the Hyde's tail. Now you think it's simple to deal with this one once you see the Gentleman but that come-hither hum is a hypnosis attack. If you didn't get caught up in it and kill the Gentleman the Hyde Twin goes berserk and starts running towards the first survivor in it's sights. Distinctive features of the Gentleman is a black suit and tie with a top hat, a monocle, and a cane.

Kamikaze - Like what the Japanese Soldiers did in the battle of Pearl Harbor, these special infected are packing serious explosive power. The run after you like a Charger but if it isn't destroyed before running or reaching a survivor it will latch onto a survivor and that's when you have to hurry because their stomach contents are that of a bio-organic type of nitro glycerin. The Kamikaze must be shoved away from the survivor but don't shoot it...just run as fast as you can away from it because it will commit Seppuku, pull out its own stomach, and give it a squeeze...KABOOOM! It's kind of like having a pipe-bomb explode near you but do a quarter damage if your close enough and half-damage if The Kamikaze is latched onto you. Distinctive features are, well, they're not looking like ninjas, these guys are looking like sushi chefs actually...with the headband,and distinctive robe, they may carry meat cleavers to be used as melee weapons.
