I can speak broken Spanish, enough that if I suddenly woke up in the middle of Mexico I would most likely be able to survive enough to get back to the states. Of course, my first question to someone would still be "Hablas inglés?" I think (huge emphasis on these words) that it means "Do you speak English?"

For fun (if you can speak Spanish, then you might find these funny):

Mis pantalones es muy queso

Mi peni es muy gordo

Hablas mierdos?

Again, I am bad with my rules and such.

English of course, and I'm pretty good at italian.

I hope to go to Italy one day, but it's probably going to be a while before I can afford such a trip.

Well... some Latin, some German, some French and some Japanese and a smattering of Spanish.

And English.

But English best of all.

Sono spedito nell'italiano, il mio amico.

私は同様にいくらかの日本語を話すことができます。

And English is obviously my first language :p
Italian, English, and Japanese?

I speak English since I'm American, but I took 3 years of Spanish so I know slightly more than "where is the bathroom" but not enough to be fluent.

I know various phrases from many languages, like Chinese (shut up, your mom, I did your mom last night, and hello, how are you), Swedish (go suck a cock, c u next tuesday-face, the insides of an eel peeled back (they have a word for that), and what the fuck are you doing), like 2 phrases of German, and I can ask women if they want to sleep with me in French!

I studied languages so I speak a few,
English as my first language
French (since kindergarden up here in Canada)
Russian (enough to shoot the shit, still with mistakes, but I'm quite comfortable with it)
Spanish - serviceable, so that I can aid Spanish customers at my job
Mandarin - just enough to start a conversation with, but only because I haven't studied that one as long as the others.

My tip for learning languages - Learn the 1000 most popular words in that language, and you're 60-70% fluent (also knowing the grammar).

English, and masterfully well at that.

A bit of French... I can read it pretty damn well, but my speaking is rather sub-par.

And I can say things here and there in random languages, like Japanese, German, Russian, Shona, Dutch...
