English is my native language, and I can speak some French, enough to get me by, but not all that fluent and some German that my dad taught me. My dad is good at languages though, and can speak German, Italian and Spanish fairly fluently.

I am not that multilingural...

Obviously English, my second natural language.

Danish, my first natural language.

Except in programming...

putStrLn "Haskel who is my current passionate affair."

#include <iostream>
int main(int argc, char **argv) {
std::cout << "C++, my trusty companion.";
}

#include <stdio>
int main(int argc, char **argv) {
puts("C, though I find it off-putting.");
}

print("Python that I love, Lua which was my first.")

ehco Windows cmd shell... Featureless but usefull...

class Main {
public static int main(String[] args) {
System.out.println("Java, though I hate it.");
}

Dutch (native), English, French (well enough), German, some classical Greek (more read than speak, but still.), some Latin (same here), some Italian (I can read it easily enough), some Spanish, some Japanese, some Quenya and Sindarin (I know, *cries in a corner*), 1337, a bit of Java. That's about it.
Dude.

English, some Latin.
And sub-dialectics of English being "Australian" and "Drunkenese"
Also, "American" though sometimes it hard to know just what the hell they're on about.

-English.
-Reasonable German (I can understand it better than i can speak it / formulate grammar)
-Basic understanding of Swedish
-Familiarity with French (Have spent so many holidays over there that it rubs off over time.)

The rest of it is gobble-D-gook to me. :) But then, this is England!... We really don't push learning new languages like we should. Kind of shameful, tbh. Most other European countries learn two or more languages, at the very least their native tongue and English itself. I think there should be a greater focus on being bi/multilingual!

That some middle eastern language?

Anyway, I can't speak any language other than English sadly. But I do want to learn Japanese and Latin...It would be easier if I had a teacher, I'm not very good at teaching myself stuff.
Sorry, I was trying to annunciate 'American' as a joke. Ya know, the way the typical redneck hick would say it? "Lern the leng-widge or git out!"

I am a native Greek speaker and I know English obviously. And a strange deluded thought surfaces every now and again to tell me that I might know Japanese, but I drive that thought away. It's a lie.
