I want to learn Latin, Chinese (mandarin) and Japanese. Will probably never learn all of them, maybe one of them.

Italian. Because I want an excuse to move my hands around unnecessarily.
I've tried French, but that was a bigger flop than a... floppy... thing.

Learning Japanese... It's taking a while.

Anyway, next on the list is Chinese then Korean. I really like Asian languages.

I speak English, need to relearn French, and am learning Japanese. I hope to learn German, Spanish, Korean, Italian, Latin, and Greek some day.

If by "learn", you mean the basics of a language, then Japanese, Chinese and Arab.
If by "learn", you mean to fully understand the language and the ability to converse with other people in that language, then I'd go with Russian, Polish, Finnish and Swedish.

A bit of both, I'd like to fully learn French (because I sucked at French in school) and Polish

But I'd a learn Turkish, Russian and Swedish for fun

There's a programming language called Prolog which is used for writing artificial intelligence processes. I'd like to learn that.

Hey, nobody ever restricted this to spoken languages.

Italian, so I can be emotional and noisy in public and no-one will think the worse of me.

Also so I can go live in Italy properly, eat their lovely food, enjoy their lovely sun, and find me a nice Eye-talian lady :D
