What legal drug is this?

Okay so my girlfriend tried some kind of legal drug but doesn't remember what its called, all she told me about it is that its legal in Arkansas, comes in a green package, and it starts with the letter "P", and you smoke it. I'm not very experienced in this kind of thing so if anyone knows what its called I'd be very grateful.

You might need to add more details, I'm sure someone will get it but the more we have the sooner we'll get there. I'd obviously encourage her not to take any drugs at all, but if that's not a possibility, you could point out that legal highs have unknown long-term effects, and in that respect it's safer doing well studied drugs like alcohol/caffeine in large quantities.

As others, I recommend your friend not take this (nor you, by extension.) Especially if it is one of those new 'Synthetic drugs' that are becoming popular. Those are really unsafe because the compounds use to create them aren't easy to regulate.

Not good, man. They're often only legal because it's a newly synthesized compound that government haven't gotten around to banning yet, and could have any kinds of adverse effects.
Many of the illegal drugs are actually very safe compared to much of this shit.

It's still uncontrolled in some markets IIRC. There's like a billion brands and names it goes under, so if it's not "K2" or "Spice" it could still easily be one of those synthetics.

My gut tells me it's PCP. You can smoke, inject, inhale, whatever it. It's also green and could indeed not be illegal there /yet/ it's a dissociativum sorta drug, so separation from body and mind, trippy stuff.

It's a highly addictive one too, memory loss, weightloss and depression can occur, would not touch (except maybe on for tries x3)

A) By the OP, it's not green, it came in a green package, and
B) PCP is definitely illegal everywhere in the US, and is highly controlled. I've walked many a seedy street, and PCP is not something I've seen among them. Not saying it's not out there, but it's not common at all. ed-- not that I would look, but like things tend to gravitate to like circles. There's not many things I haven't seen around whether I intended to see them or not, or intend to participate in the seeing of them at all.

If it's spice/K2 or anything like that, though, just get the hell away. It is NOT synthetic marijuana. Marijuana can't kill you, but you have no idea what you're buying with spice. She'd be almost better off huffing gas fumes.

To identify it would need a lot more information on the drug and what side effects it has does it make the user sleepy therefore is a Narcotic, Aggressive, relaxed, chatty do they see or hear things and do they have time distortion ect.

I would try looking it up but I'm not to confident in my Toxicology skills at the moment failing an exam by a few marks is a bit of a blow to my confidence but I will have a go.

I could maybe look it up on a University Database in August but the chances of that are not set in stone for certain.
