also for some strange reason a key to the room you saw 2 hours ago and you dont have the keychain upgrade yet so you have to give up one of your weapons to pick it up and you have to visit that room so you can get the ultra secret gun that can kill the final boss in the next door and all the enemies have respawned in the rooms you just done and your all out of ammo and the key drains your health.
