This made me feel a bit better today after waking up 10 minutes before my Arabic Final started.
Came here to say this.

Hoenn confirmed.
************, I was going to say that q-q.

OT: Yeah, the Hoenn Remakes are making me get a 3DS, all the features of X/Y with a setting I already know? SOLD!
The Release date has me a little worried though, That's in what? 6 months? Unless it's been developed long before it was announced, I'm worried that it might be a rush job.

A man came into the shop that I work at with a tiny monkey on his shoulder.

A new AI has been developed that scans websites for clarity and areas of attention:

http://www.eyequant.com/

It's capable of generating heat maps and the like about which areas of your website catch your user's eye. Some guy tested it on his website, the results are extremely convincing:

Well, today I was taking an AP exam for calc. Of course, being as failure has absolutely no negative consequences whatsoever (the school paid for and mandated the tests, and I wouldn't claim the credit even if I could because I'll need the refresher in college), for the last 20 ish minutes the people sitting near me and I just tried to squeeze as many jokes in our tests as we could. I only managed to get down 3 short riddles, 3 puns, 2 math jokes, and a geek pun. My pool of jokes has shrunk dramatically since I've been in high-school for lack of use.

I'm watching several Nigma videos on repeat and they're comedy gold.

Just the first few seconds crack me up. I can just imagine every Hunter player just giggling to themselves as they sit on Unleash the Doggies waiting to fuck shit up with no effort required.

[sub][sub]Nerf pls[/sub][/sub]

Also the Kill la Kill music and text at the start of this is brilliant. Before My Body is Dry really does go with everything.

That's... A Refesher Orb Skywrath ult stacked on top of each other if i'm not mistaken. The mana cost must be insane though.

I weighed in at 194 today, putting me 14 pounds shy of my weight loss goal of 180.

For reference, I weighed 260 when I started. Huzzah!

The Super Meat Boy soundtrack.

Love it to death, hope to buy and beat the game over the summer once I get a chance to do so.

What little of it that I played(and heard of, I suppose) at my friend's house, I fucking love it:

Also got me into the right mentality for today's Physics Practical Analysis Exam: made me feel more like I was approaching a difficult level in a game that I know I can beat instead of your standard exam where your success is measured by how much you fear failure.

That too, wasn't as bad as I originally anticipated it to be, even if my graph-reading/processing/analysing skills are utter shite.

Also Game Grumps, specifically [a href=http://youtu.be/WuGsRmEEx6s?t=7m40s]this bit[/a]

It had me in stitches XD

Oi! You stole my threads! ...Which I haven't done in like half a year, so I guess it is fair game. Aaaanyways...

I bought a new apartment! it has a lower rent of 2000NOK That was kinda swell! I even got it cheap, just over a million. I have that on my own, so I don't need to enter any debt whatsoever, I'll probably come out with a profit once I sell my current home.

That is just awesome! I am awesome. Homeowning is awesome.

I'm out.

I find that imgur almost always makes me smile. If not for the pictures, the top comments are usually funny. For example -

Funny because imgur does the opposite to me. That image has been edited to remove the author's mark. It happens so much on sites like that and cuts me to the bone every time. Ugh. Always credit your sources.

What makes me happy every day is talking to friends. I love talking to people I love. Also I'm watching Dota and listening to a stream of Chromeo's new album, can't really go wrong with that.

When I came home from work to find out that my Daria complete boxed set as well as Gabriel Iglesias: Hot and fluffy DVD that I ordered from amazon came a day earlier than expected. All the seasons plus the two movies which means that my viewing for the next few days is sorted.

Holy crap, really?! Well, my day is complete! My Nintendo 3DS XL has been seeing a lot of use over the past few months what with Phoenix Wright vs Professor Layton and Legend of Zelda: A link between worlds and I am happy to see that it won't change for the foreseeable future.

Well, shit... My day's already feels complete after seeing that...

#HailHoenn

OT: Well, since the Hoenn remakes basically topped what's making me smile today, I'll just post the "honorable mention" then...

I convinced one of my coworkers to eat a decent-sized chunk of crystallized ginger. Their face was very amusing. She's just getting over a period of illness, so really I was just being helpful. Seriously, though, the faces she made... I actually had to stop chopping said ginger I was laughing so hard. Working at a small business and being friends with my coworkers means I usually get so have some fun like that at work, which is nice. =)

Also, I'm going to be going to grab some seriously awesome teriyaki with a friend later, so I'm already pleased about that. And it's spring, which is generally just an enjoyable time of year for me.

Waffle House yanking my brother's chain. He was eating blackberries on a bush outside the joint so I asked jokingly if they were going to charge him for it. They went along with it, poor bastard was so confused before they said they weren't serious.

Today I had the best Invasion in Dark Souls 2 ever.
I finished NG+ and jumped into NG++. As I went into the Huntsman's Copse something unusual happened. I got invaded by a dark spirit. Usually the only invasions I get are arbiter spirits and they come really frequent.

So we met, we fought and I nearly had him, when he decided to make a run for it. Usually invaders only do that, when they want to rebuff or heal but this guy was different. Well ,he did heal but he didn't attack me after that. He just proceeded to the second bonfire where he was waiting for me, to light the bonfire and kick over the tree.

After that he still didn't attack me, he just bowed and followed me into Harvest Valley. I thought he would kill me as soon as I started to fight some enemies but I was curious. But no, he didn't attack. He just watched. Then I had a great idea. I used a seed of a tree giant(makes enemies react to invaders) and lured some enemies in his direction. He seemed a bit surprised at first but he dispatched those mooks really quick.
The we cleared almost the entire Harvest valley together before we both died to two red phantoms.
That was my new favorite Dark Souls CoOp experience.

tl;dr: Had Jolly Cooperation with a dark spirit. It was glorious.
