Something soppy: I woke up next to my girlfriend and immediately stuck Finding Nemo on and cuddled.

Something cathartic: I'm writing a ball-hard essay on motivation in the classroom (I'm a trainee teacher) and I got to a decent word count, closed Word and listened to some Lamb Of God. So satisfying!

Hearing how happy a manager was when I was looking for a 2nd job, when I asked if they were hiring and what they were looking for and age. Turns out I will be doing what I'm already doing at another resturant. So that made my day.

sidenote: anyone else get the misconception that Asian places only hire Asians? I never see a non-Asian working at an Asian resturant. The guy sounded and appeared wicked happy that I was applying.
