Nah, I'm sure Mr.K has a reason for that, however hard it is to discern.
Generally Op you should easily know what women find attractive, just read a chick flick novel or two. Do bear in mind though, that this is women rather than a woman. Different strokes for different folks. If you want to know what a particular woman finds attractive you would have to know her and ask her. And you can't grantee that she'll tell the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Well for me it depends on the guy. I'm currently attracted to a guy that I met at a bar some months back. At the beginning I wasn't attracted to him straight away, that came with time. But his personality is what did it for me. Now I'm not saying that i didn't think he was good looking, I did. But i found myself noticing more and more about different features. I find now that I really like his eyes, especially when he wears his glasses. Also lips, and shoulders. I love any guy in a nice fitted shirt.
Anyway usually the eyes are what do it for me, and smile. Shoulders and arms are also what I find attractive, But not huge Muscley arms.

As a heterosexual male, I?m just spitballing here, but I?d wager that, like with women, a tight ass is attractive. I?ve personally been told that I have nice eyelashes. Confidence probably helps too.
Cleanliness, confidence and bone-structure. An interesting face tends to attract me more than generic-pretty, like Ridiculously photogenic guy, he doesn't really cut it for me. But I'd say that intelligence, ambition and ability outweigh most superficial qualities any day.
