Bioshock 2 doesn't have as good a story, but it structure's it's story a lot better. The first one has a twist a little after the halfway point and then it starts to fall apart. Fontaine doesn't make for such a great villain, he's far too pantomine and cartoonishly evil. Sofia Lamb isn't as good as Ryan, but she's a lot better than Fontaine. Bishock 2 story slowy built towards a great climax. Bioshock ended with a shrug of the shoulders on a terrible boss battle.
