What makes you change your avatar?

I change because I get bored. And I get bored fast. So, I've probably changed my avatar more then any one else on this entire site.

I've had this floating around in my collection of pictures for a while, so I thought I'd use it.

Only problem is, it's really to small. After I get tired of this one I may go back to my Pope Eyebeams avatar.

Assuming holiday versions don't count, I changed it once to a kerrick version of Nanoha, and then proceeded to change it back after school at the request of Suiseisuki IRL and common sense.

So basically, a lot, though I'm considering changing to a Fate or Vita avatar when I hit 5000 posts.

Boredom, or failure lol need to change my recent one, but yeah i change infrequently though, and yeah i agree i notice alot of people by their avy first and their name second :S so if they changed their avy id just like think they dissapeared :S

I'm lining up a few currently cause I'm bored with mine. I have no artistic talent so I have to steal ones I like from free avatar sites. Can I find a truly awesome Apocalypse Now, Tarantino or Coen Brothers themed one? Fuck no, but I got a few atm that I'm liking.
