I was running today and A song by the deth metal band "Dethklok" came on shuffle on my i-pod, "Bloodlines".
The music just felt so epic and I started daydreaming of what the music made me think of.
The result was something so epic the hairs on my arm stood up and I felt salt water well in my eyes.

Deaths of people close to my heart and, on very rare occasions, some songs I know. But me being the stoic person on the outside I am, I just keep it all in and practice some mob tactics on it to bury the evidence.

This, so much this (I love your avatar, by the way). And a bunch of other animes, Angel Beats!, Toradora!, Evangelion, Rurouni Kenshin, even that episode of Lucky Star with the ghost of Konata's mom.

The (PROPER) finale to Scrubs made me cry.
I watch it as a trigger, whenever i feel i need to let out some tears. I (and probably everyone) feel a lot better after crying, if im sad in that particular way.

Rainman. The ending or actually the entire movie.

The deaths of people in my life.

Otherwise, i try to flatten my heart, and remain calm and at peace. I almost never cry, i must admit.

Has anyone seen the film 'Mask' with Cher? See if you can get the last scene on youtube or something. That was the only film that has ever made me cry.
Also, onions, they make me cry A LOT.

Normally I don't. One of my best friends of 13 years died this last month, and I did cry at his wake, mostly because of the pain in the voice of his father hit a chord in me that I didn't understand til I realized had I not been a father myself I wouldn't have felt that pain.
And the outro to Pantera Floods... RIP Dimebag

Up had me a little misty several times throughout, particularly during the beginning montage.

Toy Story 3 came very close to dislodging some tears as well.

Monsters, Inc. also had some emotional bits... screw it, Pixar just has a knack for making emotional movies.

Surprisingly, I find that I whimper more when there is a happy ending rather than a sad one.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one, but I'm very sensitive to sound. There have been more than just a few times when a song or theme made some tears well up. But the thing is that the song or theme itself might not even be sad (or meaningful) in nature. It's just that the right notes in the right sequence at the right pitch and volume can move me. I'm still very puzzled by it.

I weep for my favorite Doctor. :(

And I weep for the loss of his companion.
Definitely 100% every time I watch the episode Tennant regenerates. Of course because he is my favorite Doctor, but also that I knew that losing him would bring the shows quality way down. This latest season was so-so right up until the final two episodes of the season, at that point the story just tanked. Yeah, I wanted the Doctor to survive and the show to go on(in the hopes that we would soon have a new Tennant-like Doctor, but the way he survived this last set of problems was plain hocus-pocus, wished back into existence. From what I can tell of the story the way it is going, we won't have to deal with Matt Smith for too much longer. I thought that the show would pick up in story strength when Russell left. I didn't catch who wrote this season's two finale episodes, but if it was Moffat, I would seriously be disappointed in him, because they would stand as the worst episodes he has ever written, considering that he has written several of the best episodes (like "Blink").

Oh, and I wish I could find out who suggested slapping a medical emblem on the other TARDIS door, because I want to slap that person unconscious for the idiocy of it. It is suppose to be a police box and that is it, they didn't have medical stickers.

On the Rose part, I didn't cry as much, mainly since she didn't actually die.

Nothing. Pets dying doesn't faze me, I've carried family members caskets and felt nothing, and of course films/books/songs don't touch me in any way. Not sure why, I've just always been this way.
