What makes you depressed?

The thing that makes me the most depressed is being existential.

Nothing like thinking that the only point in life is continued existence as a species.

And the fact that someday, Lemmy will die.

Surprisingly, nothing really makes me depressed. If it does, I can cheer myself up again incredibly easily.

I guess missing someone/death of someone is really the only things.

I feel quite bad that the first thing I thought after reading your post then seeing the kittens is "there's a high chance that the majority of those cats are now dead".

I run on a base level of anger and depression, so either nothing makes me depressed or everything does. That's a conundrum I'll face when I need to, until then I'll continue being angry at inanimate objects.

oofft yet good call on the friendship one. Just before i moved to uni my entire friendship group started to fall apart cause people kinda thought.. fuck it im not going to be here for much longer, wasnt pleasant.

- My College program
- Stress
- Really melancholy songs, which at the same time I sort of enjoy... Go figure.
- Missed opportunities
- Missing people/pets
- Butchered friendships
- Unintentionally skipping something in a video game that I won't be able to do unless I start over/finish and do a second play-through.
(An example of this would be finally getting around to finishing Final Fantasy XII and to learn about the really obscure method of obtaining the Zodiac spear. Or playing through Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time HD, and missing ONE sand cloud needed for the gold trophy you get for collecting all sand clouds.
