Strength- 6- I would put myself as a 7 because I'm pretty strong for someone who doesn't go to the gym much (I prefer walks and swimming) but I'd sort of see a 7 as being able to hold a 10 foot long by 2 foot thick bit of driftwood above your head without it toppling, and I only managed to keep it up for 20 seconds (I like walking and swimming at the beach)
Perception- 5- I'm really inconsistent with what I perceive. Sometimes I can notice the tiniest details about something at a glance and other times I could miss an elephant in my bed until it's gored me right up the Schnauser.
Endurance- 1- I don't like pain. I can't take much pain. I'm not that stable in my head and have attempted suicide before. And I can only hold my breath for about 20 seconds. Not. Bloody. Likely.
Charisma- 9- People just LOVE being around me, and even when I act like a shit to someone, most of the time they'll still want to hang out with me. Unfortunately I can't fully utilize this Charisma because my Asperger's makes socializing incredibly difficult. Also, I happen to a insert animal here whisperer, because I'm just too in sync with all things animal to just have one. I'd probably be a 10 if it weren't for my social issues, and even then I'm still pretty damn good.
Intelligence- 9- I've got a photographic memory, letting me retain every single bit of knowledge I find, I have a voracious appetite for discovery, I'm great at sums, writing and drawing and I'm, in my own eyes, extremely creative.
Agility- 6- I'm pretty agile, and fast too (mostly in my actions- My Endurance is too low for me to be a runner)
Luck- 6- When I was about 6 I entered a competition to win a collector's edition Thomas the Tank Engine toy, as in they were only making about a dozen, 30 tops, and among all the other people in the world, I won one of them. I've still got it in a box somewhere. I used it to play instead of hanging it up on a wall. However, luck is something you can't really define, as what you might see as luck might, once you break it down, actually just be the combination of a series of events that culminate at just the right time.

Strength - 5 (Not jacked, just average, but I know how to use it effectively)
Perception - 10 (Seriously, I've had optometrists impressed with my visual capabilities)
Endurance - 5 (Take a lickin' and keep on tickin')
Charisma - 7 (I apparently demand people's attention without effort)
Intelligence - 5 (I feel I'm average despite a high IQ)
Agility - 8 (Balance is awesome)
Luck - 0 (I don't believe in luck)

All in all its fairly representative of my abilities and potential, though I might say my INT should be higher, but had to sacrifice some points to make it work, and having 0 luck fits both within my sphere of not believing in luck and likewise if I did I would have no real evidence of "luck" existing positive or negative.

Agility 5 I can bend my leg over 180, is that worth anything
Thats... not agility thats a sign of an anatomic issue, probably loose ligaments. Not necessarily a bad thing, but depending on where it is on the leg, could cause you some grief down the road especially if its only one leg. Everything should be tight, your body isn't meant to bend certain ways (circus folk don't count, they train and all and apparently that means the body can do some awesome shit) and your ligaments/tendons/muscle tension in general are supposed to keep your bones from moving too far out from their intended arcs. Should they do so, bones can shift, tendons get trapped and tear off the bone leaving you with a flapping muscle and a crapload of pain... Or your nerves can get trapped between bones that would otherwise move around them or never come near them and that can be severely painful.
I'd really get that checked out by someone who's medically trained in those areas.
I have lax ligaments in my shoulders which allow me to reach clear over my head to the other side of my body (makes my shoulders "wing" out too) that also has resulted in rotator cuff issues. Painful as hell.

Strength- 3, never bother to train my body.
Perception- 4, if it's not in front of me I don't notice it.
Endurance- 2, a 20 meter run winds me.
Charisma- 4, pretty bad at talking to people
Intelligence- 4, lacking in common sense and incapable with anything but maths.
Agility- 2, have been known to trip over my own feet.
Luck- 10, was born in a good place.
The other 11 points got put into trying to grow facial hair. It didn't work out.

Strength - 9. I'm a personal trainer with martial arts and military background. I'm more than happy with the physical side of my life.

Perception - 4. I'm not the most observant of folks. My wife had her hair cut, it was quite a significant change, and it took me 4 hours to notice. I wasn't ignoring her, we were out for a meal, I just miss things that should be painfully obvious.

Endurance - 9. Again, trainer, military and martial arts.

Charisma - 3.

Intelligence - 5. I know a little about a lot but there are far more people that are far more intelligent than I am. I'm not dumb but neither am I a genius. I'm happy in the middle.

Agility - 9. Wouldn't be a very good martial artist if I fell over my own feet.

Luck - 1. It was 2 but then I met my wife and that's about the luckiest thing that's happened to me so I think it ate up one of my luck points.

S-2. I am a stick.
P-7. I almost always notice things before other people. My vision isn't great, though; its more that I pay attention.
E-6. I am a stick, but I do cardio at least every other day.
C-6. I like to think I'm pretty enough to use it.
I-5. I know a few things well.
A-7. I play a couple instruments.
L-7. Me and RNG go way back.

Well, I reckon this thread is an interesting one to post in, but I doubt there are gonna be many replies to posts within it.

Strength: 4/Lightweight, I've got very little upper body muscle, but decent legs. I'm not old and frail, and quite used to bringing a loaded backpack up a couple of hills, I'm pretty sure I could heft a plasma rifle adequately (4 being its' Strength rating in New Vegas.)

Perception: 3/Squinting Newt, I tend to be pretty slow off the mark and space out a lot, I'm four eyed, and a bit clumsy, still rather slow at tying shoelaces, balls will often bounce off my palm before I get round to grasping them.

Endurance: 3/Handle With Care, I tend to get sleepy in the day even if I've slept all I can at night, I'm very exothermic which means I starve easily, and do not handle the Mojave sun well, as a redhead I burn easily, and I have a form of asthma that basically means I'm allergic to exercise. But hey, I'm young and masochistic enough to have taken up running as a new hobby, so I'll get the Intense Training perk at some level.

Charisma: 7/Diplomat, I'm polite and well spoken, people tend to like me, getting the impression that I'm smart, a good listener, I'm a decent liar when I decide to be that way, good at imagining it's the truth and almost fooling myself.

Intelligence: 7/Smartypants, I got good grades in school, use lots of long words, and learn quickly, I like science and neat little mechanisms.

Agility: 4/Butterfingers, see Perception

Luck: 10 or above, the protagonists of FO3 and FO:NV both start out fairly impoverished, in a world battered by nukes and only just recovering, with lots of nasty mutant critters, nastier raiders and slavers, and no one to stay with, and the luck stat doesn't make that much difference to the situation fate has cast them in.

S - 3 Yeah, I'm really not very strong.
P - 6 I require glasses or contact lenses to see much further than my own nose, but I notice things.
E - 4 Haven't put this one to the test much, I've got stamina but I'd rather not test my max hp.
C - 7 I'm quite good at talking and persuasion, it's rather fun.
I - 8 I'm very smart, yes I am.
A - 6 More agile than the average bear.
L - 6 I kind of meet luck in the middle and it shows up most of the time.

Strength - 4 I once had a fight and had to punch the guy like 20 times for him to surrender, people was laughing.

Perception - 4 (+2 glasses) i require glasses, huge augment.

Endurance - 4 That fight above? i was crying and bleeding during the whole thing.

Charisma - 3 Not zero, because once you know me, you might find i dont suck that much.

Intelligence - 8 Im good, like really good, specially at Maths, integrals, derivatives, differential equations, physics, and even history.

Agility - 5 Because i can put my leg behind my head.

Luck - 1 If something terrible might happen, it will. I dont get mad at shitty stuff, i just go "well, why am i not surprised?".

Those are not 40 points, im sub par, i face the truth everyday, facing what you are prevents regretting what you are.
I regret nothing.

Strength - 5 Not super strong, but average.
Perception - 4 I have to use glasses, but with them I see fine.
Endurance - 6 Decent pain tolerance
Charisma - 4 I'm a bit anxious when I talk to people, but only internally
Intelligence - 7.3 No idea how intelligence is measured except the IQ test, but I'm about mid 120's
Agility - 3 Super clumsy, can just about walk without tripping
Luck - 8 I've been super lucky to actually be born in a decent family.
