I like frustratingly fun and addictive endless games so I'm currently playing:

1) Leapy Up = A new endless leaper game that I love and it's as addictive as flappy bird without being a clone. So i'm playing this fun game now.

2) Flappy Bird = I still love this old endless flying game with the weird looking bird. I still find it addictive but it's not in app store anymore.

3) Crossy Road= A endless game that is a knock off of frogger but yet this game is lots of fun too.

Those are the games i'm playing now on my iPhone and iPad. What you playing?

I play Angry Birds when I'm somewhere with bad internet. Otherwise I waste time on Clash of Clans. It's a fun little time sink when I don't have much else to do and I've found that the pay-to-play balance isn't all that bad (although it's getting a lot worse now that I'm a higher town hall but I'll just quit playing the game before I actually spend money on it).

The past few days at work have been absolutely boring and it just so happens the entire Infinity Blade series was on sale for .99 a piece. So I'm currently playing through the first one and working my way up.

Tower RPG. Which is basically a reskinned cookie clicker of sorts. Click to spawn heroes who climb a tower and kill stuff for gold, which you use to upgrade said heroes and have autospawning units and blah. If I'm going to play something pointless, might as well go all out.

I found a series of random games, by the same creator I believe and they use the same open source? sprite library. Inflation RPG was an addictive one. You basically just pilot a character through a map and run into random encounter autobattles. Your objective is to hit the highest level possible without dying and there's unlocks that carry through playthroughs. Player input is more or less just deciding where to go and when to move onto higher level zones. It's oddly addictive and fun.

Then there's Weapon Throwing RPG. You equip weapons and chuck them at an enemy who also chucks weapons at you. Stronger weapons will break through weaker weapons, equivalent weapons will cancel out. There's three different zones for three different weapons. Chucking weapons is limited by cooldown and/or stamina? Don't recall. It is also oddly fun. There's some F2P nonsense tacked on like stamina and premium currency, but it's not in the way much and it's not like the game is being updated nor does it need an online connection to play.

I used to play Love Live School Idol Festival, but I got bored eventually and moved onto the new Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls rhythm game. But I didn't like that so I just dropped rhythm gaming completely.

Crusaders Quest was another game I played and I liked it since you could basically hit end game content without shelling out. Just takes effort. But I also got bored! I tried getting back into it after a major update, but power creep happened and I couldn't be arsed grinding.

So I'm stuck with Fate/Grand Order. Terrible game, do not recommend.

No matter what I do, I seem to go round and come back to Bejeweled Blitz. They got daily missions now so it's a bit fresher than before.

Recently I booted up Infectonator and had a bit of a nostalgia trip. It sure was fun when I played it on ArmorGames. But then I remembered that I overplayed it and was bored shitless of it.

Pocket Tanks with a friend of mine.

I occasionally open Ingress, but that game lost its charm many months ago.

I've played this little rather unknown game called Final Fantasy VI. I don't know if you ever heard of it.
It's pretty good. It convinced me that the name Final Fantasy doesn't have to equal "it sux".

I also tried playing Secret Of Mana but real-time gameplay is not a fan of a touch interface.

Other than that I played the newest iterations of old flash games.

In recent time I mostly played The Enchanted Cave 2 which sits at between 5k-10k downloads on google play.
Which is a disgrace if you ask me.
The first Enchanted Cave is from 2010. It is a rogue-lite before Binding of Isaac made them cool again.
In the game you are in an enchanted dungeon and go from floor to floor clicking on things to start a fight with them or clicking on chest to find weapons.
Sometimes you find a good weapon which you can keep after you flee from the dungeon.
The game is perfectly suited for mobile gaming since you can play it for 5 minutes while waiting on the bus or stuff.
A free trial version of this is available on Kongregate I think.
And now after my grandiose description you will immediately try it out and then fall in love with it and buy it.
I mean it is only 3 Eurobucks, come on.

Does the 3DS count? I know there are a lot of games that are far superior to mobile games; but, my God, Pokemon Picross is not one of them. And it's a shame. Gameplay wise is very competent. But their levels are behind so many paywalls (each one costing more than the previous) that it seems striped out of the most generic F2P mobile game. And that's the main content. I haven't yet mentioned the optional content.

The last mobile game that I played was Fallout Shelter. And in that one at least I could keep playing, keep watching the survivors interact with each other or keep reading the logs of the survivor sent to scavenge the Wasteland.

Does Alpha Bear count?

Because that's normally my go-to game when I wanna play something quick while I'm waiting for something.

Fallout Shelter is another one that I play every now and then when I'm waiting for something and I didn't bring a book with me. I don't play very many mobile games, but those are the two that I play every now and then.

The only time I ever play games on my phone is when I am extremely bored and have no means to access my other means of game-playing. I have only a handful of games on my mobile device that do more than enough to satisfy my very niche need of playing games on the go.

That being said, Jetpack Joyride is my more recent example of getting that job done.

All I've got right now is Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle. Sure, It has all the standard problems of a mobile game, like "You can only play for so long at a time" and "We give you a bunch of resources at first, but they'll be harder and harder to come by without a credit card" and it has all the standard DBZ problems like "Saiyans rule, everybody else drools" and "Seriously. You can make a six man team of Goku, goku, goku, goku, goku, and maybe goku. You really don't need anyone else." But, you can have Spike the Devilman one shot Beerus. That makes it worth it to me.

I have several I've been splitting my time between.

Puzzle Quest 2 - I have a soft spot in my black heart for the Puzzle Quest games. The stories are never that memorable and the gameplay, while creative, is never really THAT deep. But something about the combination just works for me.

Terraria - No where near as good as the PC version, but still fun.

Fusion: Sentient - Relatively simple tactical game, but it ties into an Xbox360 game I enjoyed, so why not?

Bad Piggies - Another Rovio game. It's essentially Angry Birds meets Garry's Mod.

geoDefense - Microsoft Game Studios made a tower defense game out of Geometry Wars. It's simple but entertaining.

I used to play Fallout: Shelter until recently. Now, for some bizarre reason, the vault never wants to load - I couldn't be bothered to try and fix it, so I just stopped playing. The game was quite boring to begin with, my only drive to go on was because I suddenly had the realisation I could make an (something like) an evil cult vault and started working towards that. It's really, really slow, though, as well as...well, not really that interesting, as I mentioned. But alas, vault 552 is no more. Or, rather, still there, but can't interact with it.

A different thing I'm playing is XCOM: Enemy Within - it was 50% off over the holidays and I really like XCOM, so I got it. It helps that it was finally listed as supported on my device. For some reason, it wasn't available before, so I had it on my wishlist but I was going to wait more to buy it. Now, however, I can play XCOM on the go and in my bed. :)

Fallout Shelter all day erryday. Not really though, since I have a full time job and home stuff. Maybe 5 minutes a day. Pop in and see how my dweller friends are doing. I also bought KoTOR on it and although it sucks up battery so fast, it is still tons of fun and even more stable then the Steam version.

Asphalt 8: Fuck the Events though, typical problems of competitive events where you win cars being dominated by racing crews in China

School Idol Festival: If I wanted to be a weeaboo, I may as well actually follow something instead of just looking at a imageboard thread for spoilers.

BEJEWELED, MUTHAFUKKA!!!! (Then again, it's the only game on my actual phone and it originally belonged to my mother...)

Other than that, I play all those Pokemon F2P games off my 3DS respectively...

Pokemon Shuffle:
It's your average 'match at least 3', plus 'this color does more damage than this to this verses this'.

But, it's Pokemon, so whatever.

If you're counting the PSVita, then Stein;s Gate it would be for me. It's a slow starter, but man when the action picks up you don't want to put it down.

fallout Shelter, and goat simulator off, and on. I recently downloaded Kotor. I'll get to that eventually.
Does the fallout pipboy app count? Strictly talking mobile as in phones, here.

Lara Croft GO at the moment.

I don't play mobile games much but the puzzles enough to make me think when I'm waiting for something.
