That's a little hard for me to gauge as I can approach this from two different perspectives. If I'm taking this from the vantage point of being the same age as I currently am and having never played a video game, I think I'd probably be drawn in by something decidedly un-video game like; probably something like L.A. Noire, The Walking Dead, Heavy Rain or Beyond: Two Souls. Of these, I think that L.A. Noire makes the strongest case as I could see myself easily falling in love with it due to my predisposition towards detective fiction, film noir and moody jazz music while likely being impressed by it's unconventional mechanics and cinematic style. If it was a little more non-gamer friendly, I think that The Last of Us would be another strong contender for the title due to it's excellent writing, theming and acting. Again, this is hard to gauge as I am unsure if I would be the culture junkie I am today if it weren't for games so my tastes could have developed to be radically different.
However if I were to approach this question from the angle of say being a 12 or 13 year old in this time period I think my response would be much different. I use this time because this was about when I, and most people I know, really got into games and our habits where perhaps the most intense. I think if I were a kid growing up within this time span, I would likely really be into ether something heavily serialized and plot heavy like Assassin's Creed (while also getting swept up in the vast environments, historical settings and the pure wish-fulfillment of being an athletic bad ass) or something based on freedom and exploration like Skyrim or Minecraft (despite having only spent brief amounts of time with both in adulthood).
