I think Either a movement where militaries go back to swords and sticks, or a Movement that gets a law passed that allows disputes in congress to be solved only via Gentleman's Duel.
See how angry people get when there's no nukes and politicans regularly shoot one another.

...Also Gentleman's Duels are meh. I say we bring back the gladiatorial games, or just have them punch each other. It'd be like Mortal Kombat!

Oh this is easy. I'd lead a world in a 30s adventure pulp revolution, because we've lost our sense of adventure. Everything is done for financial motives nowadays - we need to have adventuring societies that just go out and do fun stuff. We need to build things because we're awesome, and have a society predicated on possibility rather than economy. I want subterranean cities, massive airships, huge works of architectural art, all wrapped in the embrace of scientific progress and a belief that everything is possible if you go and make it happen.
