I've never really cried when they kill off characters in shows, but I was crying at the stupidity at which it was done.

Totally forgot about Pixar, I have never been so sad withing the first 10 minutes of a show like in "Up" i mean WTH, I should not have had enough time to become invested in these characters to care that much, Pixar must be using witchcraft or some Faustian deal. Wall-E i found myself smiling in that choked up way a lot, proud, sad, happy, to many emotions.
And futurama definitaly tugs at the heart to well for what is supposed to have only been "Simpsons in Space" Why does Fry's and Leela's continued struggles do so much damn you. I just have to say the time jump episode was also a great one, not the one mentioned but the other one where they kept jumping foward.

Though I was never actually shedding tears, the whole ending sequence of Metal Gear Solid 3 -
- totally broke me down on the inside
From the way they make you deal the finishing blow on The Boss, right up until the emotional scene in the graveyard before the credits rolled
The first movie that ever made me actually cry was Million Dollar Baby.... I will actually NEVER watch that movie again, but the one that made me really emotional (to that and pretty much everything else) was Finding Neverland, I was still crying AFTER the movie was over
Battlestar Galactica, namely season 4. It's embrassing how much that series has made me cry but the finale really brought out the tears. Damnit Baltar, less than five minutes left in the show and you just had to find some way to make me cry my eye's out....
As far as Video Games go, the only one I have such a challenge playing through is [no joke] King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie. That game makes me tear up when Ann screams and you have to save her... although, I cried when that happened in the movie too.
As far as TV shows go, not even Futurama has done it.
And movies... damn, Emotions run a little strong on this one:
Harry and the Hendersons: The first movie I've ever cried my eyes out to. I can't watch it anymore because I'll start crying from almost the beginning.
The Neverending Story: I seriously watched this movie three years ago, never saw it in my life before 17, and I CRIED. From the scene with Artax until about every other scene until the end.
The scenes with Gmork: Yes
The scene with the Sphinxs' Gaze: Yes
The final scenes with Fantasia: Hell yes.
The ending:

Wall-E: I don't know if it's the scene near the end or the song from Hello Dolly! that does it for me, because I'll just cry when I hear the song anymore.

You know, I haven't cried once since my uncle's funeral when I was 12. I'm 20 now, and I haven't cried since then, even at my grandfather's funeral later the same year. I was upset, definitely, but I didn't actually shed any tears. I'll admit I have cried since from laughter, but that doesn't really count, as it isn't tears of emotion. I think my uncle dying must have made me as hard as stone, since I can be pretty cold sometimes (and I have a weird fascination for writing stories and screenplays full of conflict and tension, when my normal life is a pretty happy, jolly affair - yeah, I think my life was a case of at age 12...).
Anyway, I didn't cry during this film, but it's made me get closest to crying out of every film I've seen, book I've read, or game I've ever played.
Seven Pounds.
I'm pretty sure I don't need to tell you all the idea behind the film, as those of you who are interested will already know the basic plot idea anyway (else you wouldn't already be interested). But Will Smith plays a massively emotional role, to near-perfection, and the end was one of the most emotional scenes I've seen in a film, ever. I managed to sit through Atonement without feeling that much emotion (though it was still an amazing film), I only felt any sort of emotion for the characters of Rendition in one scene (you know the one I'm talking about...), and I've seen so many romantic comedies that although they still get some emotion from me, I'm used to it and the feeling is diluted. But in Seven Pounds...
One of my former housemates saw it with me, and he'd seen it already with his girlfriend. A relatively tough Scouser, and yet he admitted to me he cried when he first saw it with his girlfriend. It's the closest a film has ever gotten to making me cry, so I'd say it wins the thread by default...

I'd say maybe Bridge to Terabithia - the film - or the endings to the Kingdom Hearts games (at least for the Playstation 2). I don't know, I found them really heartwarming and tear-inducing.
