What movie do want turned into a video game?

Absolutely nothing.
Movie games historically suck.
Excepting when the movies are worse than the games.

Movie games suck when released alongside the movie, ones that were made way later are sometimes great. Golden eye, escape from butcher bay being the only ones I can think of atm.

I refuse to believe that you are a human being. Any second now, your skin will fall away and a tentacled monstrosity will burst forth, heralding the end times and the downfall of mankind.

hey, hey, calm down mate, I'm not bagging Marv, or Sin City for that matter, but I reckon that the only type of game you could make from Sin City (apart from one where you play the movie scene by scene) is a GTA style game.
And come on, let's face it, GTA gets old quick. Yeah, they release a new one with about 10 new ways to slaughter old grannies and massacre hordes of police, but no one plays the story, and the appeal of slaughtering people with a chain gun or whatever loses it's appeal as quickly as Uwe Bole lost his right to be called a human being.

I am convinced that Dude, Where's My Car? would make a great point-and-click adventure game like the old LucasArts ones. The way that movie went from one bizarre scene to another felt very level-like. Come to think of it, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle could also work...as long as NPH is there.
