The only one I can clearly remember:

ive never cried during any form of entertainment

When the pony dies and the little boy starts crying and freaking out. the way John Steinbeck describes the death is just heart breaking
One Piece has made me cry a couple of times. Chopper's back story and Ussop and Luffy's fight respectively.
Same here. Also the episode where Fry figures out how he makes Leela love him (in some alternate universe) by rearranging some stars but then he has to destroy them to save everyone. In Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, when everyone is going up the golden escalators and fry says to bender: "Robots don't go to heaven." WAAAAAH. No I teared up a bit but I didn't full on cry.

Movie- The end of The Shawshank Redemption. Didn't actually make me cry but I felt very moved inside.
Game- Not sure. Not good with serious games.
Book (Why not)-
When Dream dies. I actually had to re-read that part to fully understand what happened. It is just so moving and you don't expect it until it happens, seeing as he's an eternal and all.
