I'm pretty sure it's British tradition to loathe your Prime Minister, we don't have the culture of patriotism/respect that the US does. (All those TV shows where people are completely honoured to be in the presence of the president. "It's been an honour to serve, sir!" The British equivalent of that is the phrase "wanker"). So really I just wouldn't want to watch a film with David Cameron. I even believe he might be a nice guy, but he finds it necessary to act like a prick for the public and cameras.
With Obama though... anything really. Star Wars? Something intellectual? Space Jam? It's all good.

Uh, probably something awful if I have to watch it with David Cameron. I'm sure he'd enjoy A Serbian Film. I hear Obama is a big sci-fi fan though, so Star Wars?
With David Cameron? The Dark Knight Rises, so I can explain to him why all those people supported Bane.

Um, I have no idea. I don't really watch movies, they aren't really my cup of tea. Since The main movies that I watch are anime movies, I'd probably just find some generic block-buster movie that I have no interest in and we could watch that, as I doubt the President wants to watch Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike. Especially considering that the movie lacks context unless you have played the game.
I'd watch Zero Dark Thirty with him so I could keep reminding him he didn't actually kill Bin Laden. Although that's more for the rest of the American populace than the president himself....
John Carpenters Ghosts of mars (not to be confuses with John Carter (of mars) and at the end I'd turn to him and say, this is why you need to build a death star we need to destroy mars before the zombie ghosts get us.
A night with Obama eh? Lord of the Rings marathon. Or Tangled because why the hell not? that film is so damn enjoyable. Or the Green Mile because it is such an amazing film. No wait! We'll watch The Untouchables. That's a damn good film too. I can't choose!
