Shrek-6+ times
Napoleon Dynamite- 6+ times (don't ask...)
Iron Man- 4+ times
The Dark Knight- 5+ times
The Lion King- Too many times to count (it was my favorite movie when I was little)
LoTR Trilogy- 7+ Times
Fight Club- 6+ Times
Star Wars- 10+ times

and there is probably more...

A New Hope. I've been watching that film since I was very little, so fuck knows what the actual number of viewings is. Also National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon. Similar situation.

Recently watch Forrest Gump for like the 15th.
Saving Private Ryan for like the 12th.
Shaun of the dead for like the 17th

Idiocracy and The Big Lebowski prolly nearing 30. Sorry, they just never get old for me.

Hard question, But I think it would be Starship Troopers...

I don't even know. The list of movies I've seen multiple times is much longer than the list of movies I've only seen once.

Wall-E probably tops the list (25+ times if I had to guess), but all the Pixar movies other than Cars are above 10 viewings.

Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and My Neighbor Totoro have all been watched at least 12 times.

Pan's Labyrinth is in the neighborhood of 10 viewings, and Stranger Than Fiction is near it.

Then there are the Disney (and Disney-like) movies that I watched a zillion times as a kid: Robin Hood, Sword in the Stone, Little Mermaid, The Land Before Time, and so on. Oh, and add the Muppet movies to that.

A lot of the others on this list so far are movies that I really like, but which I haven't seen more than a couple of times for whatever reason. Odd.

The Mummy. It's a bit of a tradition I have with a couple of friends. It's also fairly awesome. The Mummy Returns, too, but to a lesser extent. We've vowed never to go anywhere near the 3rd film in the series. It looks awful.

Blues Brothers, because I show it to everyone who hasn't seen it yet, probably about 10 times.
Saw Fellowship of the Ring 5 times in theatres alone, that series is fantastic.
And (through babysitting) Disney's Cinderella, more times than I would like to remember.
