When i was little:

Cannonball Run
Spaceballs
Karate Kid II
Return Of The Jedi

All of these i watched over and over cos we had a pretty small video collection.

More recently:

The Matrix
The Original Star Wars Trilogy
Scrooged
X-Men 1 and 2
Fantastic Four (think im 1 of the few people that loved it)
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
Iron Man
Aliens

There are probably many more, but those are the main ones.

The Incredibles
Dinosaur
Lion King

those are all i can remember right now, and for how much i've watched them? its at least in the double-digits for each

If i had money, then District 9 and How to Train Your Dragon would be on the list, but alas my wallet is only full of lint.....

All of them have been watched at least 10 times by now.

Idiocracy and The Big Lebowski prolly nearing 30. Sorry, they just never get old for me.
YAY! Someone with decent taste in cinema here that doesn't have the most obvious answers ^^

It isn't my favorite movie or anything, but I've probably watched Ocean's Eleven (the Clooney/Pitt vehicle, not the superior Rat Pack version) more times than any other movie. Again, not that it's mind-blowing or the best; it's simply very easy to watch, since there's relatively zero tension in the whole picture, not to mention that the humor, while smug and insular, is sly and doesn't beat you over the head, which means it takes longer for it to wear thin.
