Do you like to groove to Barry White as you groove with your lover? Maybe you prefer thrash music as you thrash around? Are there any specific songs or genres you like to have playing while you play?

Personally, I think the most sexual sounding song I've ever heard is Put Your Lights On, by Santana and Everlast [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9fNqwOuAO8] I first heard it in an episode of Crossing Jordan, and holy crap.

And if you're into music it can be a bit distracting. last thing you want when you have a good lady female in that position is the sudden urge to jump up and down on the bed playing air guitar becuase Dethklok just started playing. Well, since you ask, I prefer Led Zeppelin, Bill Withers, Jill Scott, maybe a little Ozomatli. My GF of 3 years always wants to put the Killers on instead. Which is not cool, but it tends to be her place that we end up at so what can I do?

I did once suggest Holy Diver by Dio, Killing in the Name of by RATM and Head Like a Hole by NIN (albeit only about 5% seriously) but those didn't fly either. On reflection, Holy Diver has a very long intro (over a minute) which depending on your POV is either awkward or a perfect amount of time to walk from the stereo, grab a condom and climb into bed...

One of my most awkward sexual experiences (as an undergraduate) was when the girl got off midway through & made me flip the cassette over. God I feel old typing that. Suffice to say, this was before you could get ipod nanos and special vibrators that plugged into them.
