Wholeheartedly agree with someone mentioning cybernetic enhancements. Can't wait to get arms that can bend steel girders and legs that I can jump 20 feet in the air with.
Somewhat on that note, a cure for people who are paralyzed. Still kinda blows my mind that with all the medical technology we have today, there's very little we can do for people with spinal injuries that cause paralysis.

I also would like the ability to plug into the internet through some brain jack but in reality I believe this will be a nightmare as people will get "hacked" or "viruses". I don't think I want someone to reprogram me to go on a murder spree/suicide. there is even a host of other issues that could be done like being programed to forward all your accounts to some one else! how do you get out of that cause you would have authorized it to begin with while "hacked"? And who knows what kind of "virus" a human could download... all the sudden not being able to move or speak or something!!!

Honestly, there are several things, cybernetic limbs, having brain-jacking technology, driverless cars, Contact lens HUD's and fully paperless/ cardless/ contactless banking would be ace.
One thing I'd really like, is a personal drone that I can control through my Contact lens HUD... Come to think about it, something like that RAZR april fools from a couple of years ago.

The Singularity. Fusion energy. Indefinite lifespans. I'm just excited for the future if we don't actually manage to screw it up in the meantime.
