personally i want a jakie chan (or any othe BAMF) killsteak were jakie chan(or a BAMF of your choice) just comes in and beats the shit out of everyone.

or a dinosaur killstreak were i get to ride a flying dinosaur and shoot people from the sky, while occasionally swooping down and eating people to regain health, this could have a ground variant where i get to ride around ion a T-rex with machine guns instead of arms that i can shoot at people

or a vampire killstreak were whenever i kill someone i get stat boast's that last until i die, which would lead me to become an unstoppable monster, with a huge health bar, who 1 shots everyone and moves at the speed of sound

or a WAAAAAH killsteak were anout 1,000 orcs charge onto the battlefield and just start pummeling the enemy team everyone with choppa's and shoota's until there is nothing left (this could also work with korn, tyranids, deamons or any other horde army)

but the best idea goes to PKA for the propoganda plane, best idea ever

note: as stated this is meant to be funny, i know my idea's are stupid and OP but that is the point
