The series is set in Britain, the cast are British, the filming was done in studios in Britain and at locations around Britain and so on. That theme park has pretty much nothing to do with it. King's Cross Station? London, England, Britain. The viaduct where the flying car buzzes the Hogwarts Express? Ribblehead Viaduct, Pennine range between Yorkshire and Lancashire, England, Britain.

...But saving Britain for Harry Potter of all things? Why not mention the saving grace of Discworld? Or Doctor Who? Or even that goddamn Shakespeare guy? Just anything but the tripe that takes place in Hogwarts. I'll save Azerbaijan before I save a country for Harry Potter.

There's not much use saving a country based purely on its past literature; its already been made and published so whether the country exists or not you can still read all that stuff.
The only reason to save a country because of a book or movie, would be if the series hadn't finished yet and you would be really annoyed you didn't get to see what happened.
