What One Gaming Moment Made You S*** Your Pants

We all had a moment during some game that nearly made us crap our pants. There are the obvious moments, like when we first ran out of tinderboxes and lamp oil in Amnesia, but I'm sure people have way more obscure ones.

The first appearance of Fast Zombies in Half-Life 2. I actually had to save and quit when I saw one on the horizon and come back the next day.
Not to mention the Poison Zombies. Basically, the whole of Ravenholm.

It was really unexpected and a bit gruesome which I think is what made it scary.

Well, I dunno of all time, but today in Fallout New Vegas I ran into a six-man pack of LakeLurks (Or something like that). I ran like a little ***** into a boat house. There was a bed, and I thought I was safe, so I slept for 12 hours. When I woke up I faced the door and heard a growling of some sort. It was too dark to see so I turned on my Pip-Boy's light and...

There were all there. Staring at me.

Neither of us moved for an entire full two minutes as I tried to think of what to do.

In Left 4 Dead, my friend and I were playing on expert and we're pretty damn good at the game, even if I do say so myself. There was a tank and he was directly in front of us in the distance, and I checked for single zombies around us, but when I looked back, the tank was gone...

I turned around. Damn...

I was rapidly killing enemies in Doom II when I turned a corner and out of nowhere was a zombie marine. Extremely scary.

Yeah, I haven't really played any horror game before, so that'll have to do.

Oh yeah, I remember being cooped up in my little impromptu cave, using the crafting table to pass the time crafting any item I might need and literally freaking out, immediately leaving the inventory and lingering there for a while, before resuming. Only for it to happen again.

The appearance of the High Dragon in Dragon Age II.

While this is a tame entry in the list, I recall all the preparation for High Dragon/etc fights in Dragon Age: Origins, and seeing this one plop down in front of me as a result of following through on a side quest just elicited an "OhGod!OhGod!OhGod!" reaction out of me. I was completely unprepared and playing on Hard mode, but still managed to beat it [after a few tries].

The moment in the first resident evil (or the gamecube remake I played)when you're in the abandoned hut in the graveyard, and you read the diary there, slowly showing the deteriation of whatever lives there, only to hear a door slam when you close the diary. I was not best pleased.
