what original game would you like to be revived to all the next gen consoles

In my eyes, Oblivion was a complete downgrade. All the freedom of the first was taken away; added restrictions to spells, made the area smaller, loading times of towns and so on.
If Morrowind was given a next-gen overhaul, as in improved combat and graphics, stop it crashing every 5 minutes, it'd be truly amazing, and possibily one of the best ever games.

it might be weird, but i would like to see luigis mansion again. I liked that game. Maybe a sequel. Also, battle toads would be really cool to see. even as a 360 arcade game.

I'd say R-Type, but that just happened. I guess I'd really like to see a remake of Gunstar Heroes that had co-op and mixed weapons. It'd also be really cool to have online co-op/versus and a 2D-to-3D system similar to R-Type Dimensions' engine.

Flashback, Blackhawk, Donkey Kong Country or Starwing.

Obviously there are others, but those are the 4 that sprung to mind. Out of those 4, Starwing would be the one i'd vote for.

Duh duh, duh duh, duh duh. If anyone played Starwing, they might remember the tune i'm trying to start (terribly). I might actually try to find that OST.

A number of rhythm games als come to mind, but perhaps those are best left alone.

Morrowind, like others have said.

Freelancer, I actually kept track how many times I beat the story... 42 times... It's without a doubt the best flyingish game.

Tactics Ogre(Knight of Lodis), Really good tactical battles. 1% chance to hit my main Swordmaster in his back. I'd even appreciate a sequel. (And NO! FF:Tactics is crap compared to TacticsOgre:KoL)

Knights of the Old Republic I, The sequel was a bit awkward. Just improve the graphics and the combat (less D&D based), leave the story untouched. It would ROCK!!!

And last but not least, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, nuff said!

I would only worry about the conversion to 3d. I like the games the way they are especially the 2d art-style.
For example I really didn't like the FFIII and FFIV 3d conversions to the DS.

I rather play the GBA versions with the original art (also the reason why I like the chorno trigger conversion to the ds).

But I really would want to see Donkey kong country 2( best one in the series) same look just all new levels.
