What part of gaming would you like in real life?

Have a good think about this.. What gaming characteristic would you like to see in real life? Respawns? Auto aiming? (Includes throwing things at the bin etc) Money when you loot chests/drawers?

Personally I think respawns would make life more interesting :]

Save/Load game. No doubt. Save my life infront of a tricky test in school, if I fail, load and study on what I need to to ace the test. Save before dates, bad one? Load and not go =p.
