I wouldn't mind that whole 'carrying lots of heavy crap and not seeming to be affected by it.'

A lack of encumbrance in real life would be awesome.

the ability to dive to the bottom of the ocean without breathing or getting crushed by the pressure, like in some Nintendo side-scrollers, or bullettime mode.

They will trip over if the plot demands it though, usually to drop an important item.

The ability to put everything I own in a small bag and carry it around as if it was weightless. Then being able to find anything with a menu.

yeah... unless it's a cutscene and there's something chasing him/her and it is vitally important that he/she gets away... then you trip on a pebble.
