What part of your body would you give up?

Like everyone here, I'd probably give up something I don't need like a minor organ or sure, I wouldn't mind giving up a bit of fat around my belly

But if I had to pick a full blown full on part to get rid of. I'd probably say my left foot. I use the right one for driving obviously, and there have been amazing advancements in replacement feet. It may feel weird at first, but I can imagine several other parts that would be worse to lose.
